- Fundraising
- Financial management and oversight
- Sustainability
How would you support the mission of the Foundation if you are elected to the Governing Board? Emphasizing the skills/expertise that were highlighted in the previous question, and other leadership and soft skills you would bring to the Board.
In case of election in the Governing Board I would support the governance of it by assuring that the respect of the statute will take place and that the mission of the Foundation will be timely assured according to the target planned. In addition to that, based on the focus I have in the financial industry at JP Morgan and HSBC Private Banks, allowed me to be very connected in the families that are highly involved into philanthropy. Additionally, my portfolio management and financial skills acquired for over 7 years in the supervisions of accounts, allows me to bring solid experience together with propositions of different solutions to improve the current status. As also most of the mandates I received were focused on sustainability according to the first agenda 2030, an extra comfort in that can be considered as a solid plus in the candidature. In terms of soft skills, I have been considered a low key leader with ambitious objectives and the language skills I acquire, together with different countries I lived, I became close to their forma mentis and be a good melting and mediator.
