47 yo, 2 kids (Chloé & Arthur), married. Born and raised in France, Psychologist. (Diplomat of Psychologist specialised in HR).
After 2 years in HR agency in France, I moved to Australia to work for Cartier (leading luxury brand) part of Richemont Group, leading commercial dept for 2 years, then I moved to Hong-Kong where I had various executive positions for Cartier for 10 years, then we moved to Geneva still for Richemont Group at HQ level leading the watch commercial distribution at International level.
Today I am the CEO of Baume&Mercier, Watch brand part of Richemont Group.
What does Ecolint mean to you?
More than an important international school for our kids, it is a rich community of talented students, teachers and parents with strong values to perpetuate solid international education.
What skills/expertise would you bring to the Governing Board?

How would you support the mission of the Foundation if you are elected to the Governing Board? Emphasizing the skills/expertise that were highlighted in the previous question, and other leadership and soft skills you would bring to the Board.
Being in a leadership position for the past 15 years in an International group, I will bring solid expertise in governance and pedagogy. Being more recently at the center of the technology transformation of our company, I will bring this experience to advise on the evolution of the education with the new technology.
Graduated diploma in psychology where my master thesis was on the impact of technology on the learning process. (At that time we call it e-learning).
Last, well connected with the community and the international groups can help with some fundraising and other projects with third party.
