- Develop, lead and oversee cultivation and stewardship initiatives, including giving circles and events, for major donors, involving other Foundation staff, leadership and senior volunteers as appropriate.
- Develop and manage a personal portfolio of up to 80 prospects, qualifying prospects and developing the engagement and stewardship of donors through the full life cycle of giving and renewal.
- Own, develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Foundation and Campus leaders, and coordinate engagement opportunities that will lead to transformational gifts.
- Lead regular reviews and provide regular reporting and metrics across the prospect portfolio, ensuring the strategy and prospect portfolio remain on track to deliver organisational goals.
- Contribute to the regular review and development of fundraising protocols and processes, ensuring best practice and compliance with legal regulations.
- Contribute to strategy and progress reports and presentations for senior management and volunteers.
- Attend key fundraising and other school events, contributing to the development of a widespread culture of philanthropy within Ecolint.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of donor information on Ecolint systems including our CRM (Salesforce).
