Abacus Payroll Specialist

6-month fixed term contract from 18.11.24 to 16.05.25

Part-time: 80%

 

Responsibilities:

  • Update the Abacus HR system with accurate and legally compliant entries
  • Prepare unemployment certificates and insurance declarations on a monthly basis
  • Participate in accounting reconciliation
  • Participate in social insurance management 
  • Enter employees and contracts in Abacus
  • Participate in monthly payroll controls
  • Extract lists and data from Abacus


 

Profile

  • You have at least 2 years' experience on the Abacus Swiss payroll system 
  • You preferably hold the Swiss HR Certificate, or an equivalent diploma in Swiss wages
  • You are rigorous and precise
  • You are fluent in French and English (B2 level minimum in both languages)
  • You are a team player and work collaboratively
  • You have excellent priority and time management skills
  • You have a good knowledge of office automation tools
  • You have a critical eye for processes
